Is there a Refund Policy?

Zoptiks is a customer-first company, and we will try our very best to fulfill your needs. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you sign up for Zoptiks and begin the onboarding process, you have 14 days from the signup date to ask for a refund. The one-time onboarding fee is not refundable. We bill on a yearly basis.
